自閉症評估 + 轉介政府 + 轉介社署排位

目的：

運用最權威及標準化的評估工具及行為觀察，詳細評估兒童是否患有自閉症， 並轉介至合適的政府服務

評估員： 臨床心理學家(朱嘉麗或黃馨儀) 及 特殊幼兒導師

朱嘉麗及黃馨儀為邁步兒童發展中心總監，她們擁有香港大學社會科學(臨床心理)碩士，擁有超過20年評估學前及學齡兒童語言能力、社交能力、學習能力、情緒及行為的臨床經驗。曾多次發表有關本港自閉症兒童的調查。

服務內容：

第一部份: 治療師或中心主任透過自閉症診斷面談–修訂版Autism Diagnostic Interview -Revised (ADI-R)訪問照顧者，評估兒童於日常生活中的 社交及溝通能力。

第二部份: 利用自閉症診斷觀察量表Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule： ADOS，透過測試及行為觀察作出診斷。

(ADOS及ADIR是現時最權威的自閉症診斷工具)

第三部份：評估員觀察孩子於自由活動時的社交及溝通表現

即日與家長面談並討論評估結果

向家長提供治療建議

即日提供一份書面診斷証明書

根據孩子需要轉介至社會福利署接受排位服務，包括早期教育及訓練中心(EETC)、兼收弱能兒童中心（ICCC）及特殊幼兒中心（SCCC）

根據孩子需要轉介至政府或醫管轄下的兒童體能智力測驗中心(CAC)接受服務
